No drugs, alcohol or nicotine on premises. No weapons of any type on the premises. If you bring a purse or backpack, volunteers may ask to look inside for safety. There will be zero tolerance for violence. You will be asked to leave the property. No one may enter the prom who is not in the age range for that prom or listed as a volunteer. All patrons of the prom must have completed THIS form to attend. Have finished 6th grade (or equivalent) middle school and max age having just graduated. You must be registered or with a registered participant.
